A reasonable to-do list ✔️
Today’s to-do list:
One thing for your body,
and one for your mind.One for your heart,
and one to be kind.One for your home,
even making the bed,and a sweet word to self
to get you out of your head.
I created a “wellness bingo card” for myself some weeks ago, and while I’ve fallen out of the habit of using it, the principle remains: do at least one thing in each category for balance each day. Even if it’s refreshing your body with a sit in the sun, or tidying your home by placing one dish in the dishwasher. Baby steps, baby.
